Reservations and Changes
Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. For your convenience, you can call or make reservations online.
Call 207-236-6250 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST and we will be happy to take your reservation over the phone or use our secure website to check availability or make an online reservation.
A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 or more nights require a 50% deposit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. When you arrive, we are happy to accept those same credit cards or cash.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of making your reservation. Please read the confirmation carefully to ensure all information is correct.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
If you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay, or check-out early please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If you booked your room directly from the Elms of Camden website, or by calling us, we can apply the total amount of your reservation towards any future booking made within 12 months.
Elms of Camden has one pet-friendly room (Iris) and welcomes pets (dogs or cats) up to a combined total weight of 50 pounds. There is an additional fee of $30.00 per day. Iris is the only pet-friendly room. Guests traveling with a pet must call 1-888-484-4133 or 207-236-6250 prior to booking to verify availability of Iris or risk not being able to check-in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Pets are allowed on the grounds with a leash and your room but not in other guest rooms or the main house. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by their pet.
Rates quoted for rooms are for single or double occupancy. If a room can accommodate an extra person age 2+ there is an additional charge of $30.00 per night per person.
Free, on-site parking is available for all guests.
Our entire property is non-smoking/non-vaping.
We recycle all glass, paper, and plastic products.
All rooms have a USB charging station.
A Keurig beverage machine is in the guest pantry with a large assortment of coffees, teas, and other drinks available 24X7.
Free and secure WiFi is available in every room and on the garden patio area.
Every room has an iron and hairdryer.
Every room has two bathrobes.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Arrangements can be made in advance for late arrivals.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
