Reservations and Changes

Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. For your convenience, you can call or make reservations online.

Call 207-236-6250 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST and we will be happy to take your reservation over the phone or use our secure website to check availability or make an online reservation. 

A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 or more nights require a 50% deposit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. When you arrive, we are happy to accept those same credit cards, your personal check, or cash.

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of making your reservation. Please read the confirmation carefully to ensure the dates and room choice are correct.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee per room.

If you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay, or check-out early please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If you booked your room directly from the Elms of Camden website, or by calling us, we can apply the total amount of your reservation towards any future booking made within 12 months.

Elms of Camden welcomes one dog or cat up to 25 pounds for an additional fee of $20.00 per day. Pet-friendly rooms are very limited. Guests traveling with a pet must call 1-888-484-4133 or 207-236-6250 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check-in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Pets are allowed on the grounds with a leash and your room but not in other guest rooms or main house.

Rates quoted for rooms are for single or double occupancy. If a room can accommodate an extra person, there is an additional charge $30.00 per night.

Property Information

  • Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Arrangements can be made in advance for late arrivals.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am. 
  • Free, on-site parking is available for all guests. 
  • Our entire property is non-smoking/non-vaping.
  • We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets but are happy to assist you in finding an excellent boarding facility nearby. 
  • Special dietary needs are not an issue but please let us know in advance.
