Built in 1806 as a private residence by Captain Calvin C. Curtis, this authentic New England Colonial is a fine example of preservation and restoration. Original wide board pine floors, interior shutters, and windows in some rooms maintain the integrity of the home.

Something for Everyone

Walk to the harbor, shops, galleries, and restaurants or hike the many trails of Mt. Battie with spectacular views of the bay. Camden is ideally located for day trips north to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park or south to the outlets in Freeport. Let your hosts provide you with itineraries to see lighthouses from West Quoddy to Portland Head.

Rain or shine, there's always a wonderful experience awaiting you. There are several world-class museums, restored mansions, forts, and lighthouses. Enjoy a concert in the park or in the exquisitely restored Camden Opera House.

Each morning, be our guest for a delicious breakfast that changes daily. When possible, we partner with small farms and local suppliers, always using seasonal and fresh ingredients. From farm to table, a simple breakfast....done right.

The patios, gardens and Keeping Room are perfect spots for relaxing between the day’s adventures and for spending time with guests or your innkeeper hosts.

During your stay, look at the paintings throughout the B&B. We are pleased to display original works of art from artists such as Alexander Calder, Edward Muegge Schiwetz, Robert Aillaud Ayo, Joseph Orr, Rita Orr, Jake Marshall, Brian Grubb, and others.
