Let the morning highlight of your stay at Elms of Camden be our generous made-from-scratch two-course breakfast served daily from 8:00-9:00 AM in either our historic Keeping Room, or weather permitting, our garden patio.
Start your day with our freshly brewed coffee available in the Keeping Room beginning at 7:00 AM. Hot tea and orange juice are also available during breakfast.
Our first course often features seasonal fresh fruit, fresh yogurt, or steel cut oatmeal. The second course main entrees reflect the culinary influences of the New England area as well as the Deep South and alternate between a sweet or savory theme.
Traditional favorites like Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, and Toast are a staple along with other delicious offerings such as Baked Blueberry French Toast, Vegetable and Goat Cheese Quiche, Herbed Baked Eggs with Southern Cheese Grits, and of course made-from-scratch Maine Blueberry Waffles.
Breakfast is prepared fresh daily in our kitchen and whenever possible, we source local and seasonal ingredients from small farms, farmers markets, and our local grocers to provide a true farm to table experience.
