What really made our experience was our innkeepers, Gary and James. These two are so kind and clearly naturals at what they do. They met us in the driveway like we were old friends. They helped us get in and had fresh cookies waiting. They showed us around their home and pointed out fascinating historic details about the inn. We felt so welcomed and it was clear that our every possibly need had been anticipated. In the morning, Gary prepared a fantastic breakfast and even packed us some cookies for the road. Many people can run an inn, but it takes true talent to make others feel truly at home. We can’t wait to go back!”
