This cozy second-floor guest room, originally the children’s bedroom, is filled with an innate cheerfulness that promises to lift your spirits. This room features wide pumpkin-pine wood floors from the early colonial period and considered “Kings Wood”.
Now featuring a comfortable queen-size bed dressed in fine linens. A flat-screen TV and WiFi provide today’s desired conveniences. The room’s private bath has a whirlpool tub and tile shower, naturally lit by an antique lead-glass window.
Essence of Hospitality
We stayed here on 8/10 and had a wonderful time! The owners were so welcoming and eager to share the history of their historic home and bed-and-breakfast. Breakfast on the patio was quite possibly the best I have ever had and featured two courses that each highlighted fresh berries in season with sensitivity to guests’ dietary sensitivities asked in advance. Gary and James exude positivity and seem to love what they are doing. Highly recommended!”
